Boudoir Session

· Shared copyright of 25 edited images on a CD-R and in password protected viewing gallery.

Additional Details
Custom packages are available upon request and I am happy to accommodate!
A $53 non-refundable deposit or 25% of the total is due at the origination of the contract to book your session.
Full payment is due no later than the day of the event and will include an additional 6% sales tax on the entire purchase price (I accept cash, check, and/or debit and credit cards, money orders and PayPal {includes an additional 3% processing fee}).

Any late payment may result in the with-holding of imagery and/or loss of service date.
Shared copyright of additional digital image rights can be purchased for a fee, as agreed upon by the photographer, in your private gallery at the following website: www.mountainmama.pixieset.com
Travel Sessions are available at the cost of 80 cents per mile. This fee covers my mileage, time and meals. All locations within Berkeley Springs, WV are included in the basic session fee.
Destination Session fees are based on cost of travel, room and board, and meals. Do not hesitate to ask about the specials offered as part of Destination Sessions!
Data Storage devices have a shelf-life. It is the client's responsibility to safely store and back-up all documentation and imagery upon completion of the contracted service. Pixieset galleries are not guaranteed for download longer than 60 days after the completion and upload of the final gallery.
My photographs are very important to me and no images are to be post-processed by anyone other than myself. Raw files will not be distributed and files remain in ownership of the photographer.
Mountain Mama Photography, RGBWilson Artistry, LLC, Rachel Brown-Wilson and any associated contracted event vendors are not responsible for any illness or allergy, injury and/or personal loss that result from the contracted agreement, photo session or imagery.
